Duty to Consult: Cosa’s Darby Project

Who? Cosa

Where? The Darby Project is located approximately 100 km west of Wollaston Lake

What type of activities will occur? Mineral exploration activities, including:

Access

• Access to site will be by helicopter, aircraft, snowcat, skidoo, pickup, or ATV; existing trails will be utilized where possible

• Up to 15 km of trails to be cleared for heavy equipment access

Temporary Work Camp

• 1 Temporary work camp location has been requested

Diamond Drilling

• Maximum of 30 drill locations; no ice drilling

• Maximum drill pad size – 30 m x 30 m (900 m²)

• Helicopters may be required for a portion of the project

Line Cutting and Geophysical Programs

• Width of cut lines will in no case exceed 1.5 m

• Geophysical surveys will include borehole and airborne surveys
