Duty to Consult: Snake Lake Group Sand Gravel Permit Application

What type of activities will occur?

Snake Lake Group proposes to extract approximately 14,000 m3 of material on crown land. The material is needed to upgrade the access into Denison Mines exploration camp. The proposed area is located adjacent to a Cameco sand and gravel lease.

This program is projected to start late in the fall of 2021.

When will these activities occur (Permit Length)?

Permits may be issued from October, 2021 to October, 2022.
