Who? Recharge Metals Inc.

Where? The Newnham Lake Project is located approximately 60 km east of Black Lake

What type of activities will occur? Mineral exploration activities, including:

•Staff and Contractors will be accommodated at Pilot’s Lodge or the Pilot’s Lodge Outpost

•Access to the site will be by helicopter or float plane

•Up to 6 drill holes are requested

•Drill pads will be hand cleared at a maximum size of 25 m by 25 m

•3 helicopter landing sites hand cleared to a maximum size of 25 m by 25 m
