Duty to Consult: Skyharbour Russell Lake Project

Who? Skyharbour Resources Ltd.

Where? The Skyharbour Russell Lake Project is located along and to the east of the

Key Lake-McArthur River haulage road, about 95 km WSW of Wollaston Lake Post.

What type of activities will occur? The project area is extensive (55 km long by 15 km

wide, in orange on map), but only a small portion of the area will be accessed by diamond exploration

activities (in green on map), which include:

• Drilling of up to 50 holes, all on land

• Establishment of 5 km of new trails

• Use of 40 km of existing trails

• Possible line-cutting of up to 150 km

• Personnel accommodated at a permanent existing camp that is permitted under an industrial lease

When will these activities occur (Permit Length)? June 2022 to August 2025
