Duty to Consult: 92 Energy Gemini Project

Who? 92 Energy Canada Ltd.

Where? The 92 Energy Gemini Project is located in the Keefe and Kindrachuk Lakes area about

27 km southeast of the McArthur River Mine.

What type of activities will occur? Mineral exploration activities, including:

• Drilling of up to 100 holes: 50 on land and 50 on ice, drill pads of 400 m2

• Clearing of up to 40 km of new trails, 40 km of existing trails, 25 km of ice roads for drilling: maximum 5 m width,

clearing with low impact skidder. If project is helicopter-assisted, there will be no new trails for drilling.

• Up to 100 km of line slashing for geophysical surveys: maximum 1 m width, clearing with hand tools

• Use of up to 100 km of new (60 km) and existing trails for geophysical surveys: 5 m width

• Personnel accommodated at an existing temporary camp or at KM 147-Lamplighter Lodge

• A temporary dock has already been permitted for float plane access

• Area will be accessed by existing historical trail from KM 191 on Highway 905 and/or by fixed-wing/rotary

aircraft

• Residents were previously consulted on the Gemini Project, in February 2021.

When will these activities occur (Permit Length)? 30 weeks between October 2022 - March 2024
