Duty to Consult: 2022-2023 Mineral Exploration Permit Application for the North Millennium Project
What type of activities will occur?
Proposed project work consists of a diamond drilling program, line cutting, borehole surveys,
ground geophysical surveys and potentially a temporary work camp (see attached proposal for
details).
Cut lines will be maintained at 1.5 metres (m) in width and drill pads will occupy less
than 900 m2.
Project work is tentatively scheduled to commence January 2022, with permits
potentially issued through to May 2023 to ensure CanAlaska has adequate time to complete the
work.
If the project is approved, right-of-access to the area for the exercise of Rights and
Traditional Uses may be restricted from January 2022 until May 31, 2023.
When will these activities occur (Permit Length)? If approved, December 2021 to May 2023.
