Duty to Consult: 2022-2023 Mineral Exploration Permit Application for the North Millennium Project

What type of activities will occur?

  1. Proposed project work consists of a diamond drilling program, line cutting, borehole surveys,

    ground geophysical surveys and potentially a temporary work camp (see attached proposal for

    details).

  2. Cut lines will be maintained at 1.5 metres (m) in width and drill pads will occupy less

    than 900 m2.

  3. Project work is tentatively scheduled to commence January 2022, with permits

    potentially issued through to May 2023 to ensure CanAlaska has adequate time to complete the

    work.

  4. If the project is approved, right-of-access to the area for the exercise of Rights and

    Traditional Uses may be restricted from January 2022 until May 31, 2023.

When will these activities occur (Permit Length)? If approved, December 2021 to May 2023.
