What type of activities will occur?

  • Exploration activities proposed include: diamond drilling on land and on ice, drawing water, creek crossings, constructing new trails, geophysics surveys and associated line-cutting.

  • These activities are expected to occur between January 2022 and September 2024.

  • The Read Lake project propose the construction of 100 km of new trails to access the drill pads. All new trails will be less than 5 meters in width. Drill pads will also require clearing and will be kept to an overall size of 900 m2.

  • Line-cutting will be completed with axes, machetes, or chainsaws and will be kept to a maximum width of 1.5 meters.

When will these activities occur (Permit Length)? If approved, January 2022 to September 2024.
