Duty to Consult: Fission 3.0 Cree Bay Project

Who? Fission 3.0

Where? The Cree Bay Project is located directly south of the community of Black Lake.

What type of activities will occur? Mineral exploration activities, including:

• Completion of work permitted earlier that was unable to be completed before permit expiry

• Drilling of 8 holes (4 on land and 4 on ice)

• Clearing of 53 km of new trails (5 m wide)

• No temporary work camp

When will these activities occur (Permit Length)? January 2023 to March 2024
