Duty to Consult: ALX Resources Corp. Firebird Proposed Project - Conduct a Drill Program, Ground-based Geophysics, Prospecting, and Outcrop/Soil Sampling

What type of activities will occur?

  1. Up to 100 land-based drill holes. Drill pads will be established and each pad will be no larger than 20 x 20 m (clearing of land).

    2. Line-cutting to accommodate the geophysical portion of the program. May require up to 100 line kilometers at a width of no more than 1 meter.

    3. Prospecting and Outcrop/Soil Sampling with minimal to no disturbance.

    4. A temporary work camp may be required and will be located at Axis Lake. This camp will be no larger than 0.5 hectares and may require a dock to accommodate the float plane or helicopter that is required to access the site. Will accommodate a maximum of ten people (geologist, drill crew, and camp personnel). Camp will consist of a maximum ten insulated tents.

When will these activities occur? Begin in Fall 2020 if approved.

Permit Length: Fall 2020 to April 2022.
