Duty to Consult: Denison Waterbury Project

Who? Denison Mines

Where? The Waterbury Lake Project is located 9 km north of Points North Landing

What type of activities will occur? ADVANCED mineral exploration activities, including:

• NOTE: this is an advanced exploration project -the ore body has already been located

• Drilling of 11 angled holes to access ore body under the lake

• Drill pads will be on land

• Running tests on the ore body to see if in situ recovery methods for uranium (like for Wheeler River Project) will work

• This area has already been heavily used and disturbed by earlier mineral exploration, but re-clearing of existing trails may be required

• Personnel lodged at Points North Landing

When will these activities occur (Permit Length)? May 2023 to November 2024
